Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents no. 5 to 8 have encroached upon the land of Gata Nos. 213 and 214 earmarked as Khad Ka Gaddha. The grievance needs to be examined by respondent no.3 at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for ventilating his grievances before respondent no.3 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. If such representation is filed, respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
