Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The relief prayed for in the writ petition is practically for an injunction against the father to not sale the property, which is recorded in his name.
We are of the considered opinion that the petitioner must approach the competent civil court.
The writ petitioner is accordingly dismissed.
