Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner is permitted to implead S.D.M. Bhadohi, District Sant Ravidas Nagar as respondent no.4 during the course of the day.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter of restoration of the pond of the Gram Sabha to its original status needs to be examined by respondent no.4.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation for ventilating his grievance before respondent no.4 within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. Respondent no.4 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
