Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner before this Court seeks quashing of the order impugned dated 6.8.2015 passed by respondent no.3- District Supply Officer suspending the fair price shop of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner has remedy of approaching the respondent no.2- Commissioner/ Divisional Commissioner (Food & Civil Supply), Kanpur Division Kanpur in terms of the Government Order at the first instance.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy accordingly.
