Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioners have failed to establish as to whether the caste to which they belong, is notified as SC/ST in the State of Uttar Pradesh or not under the first order of the President of India or any amendment made thereto by an Act of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of Article 341 and 342 of the Constitution of India.
We are of the considered opinion that no relief as prayed can be granted in absence of compliance of facts being brought on record.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
