Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Under the order impugned dated 9.7.2015, a notice has been issued to the petitioners to show cause as to why the constructions raised by him without sanctioned map be not demolished.
We see absolutely no reason to interfere with the notice issued in exercise of power under Section 26 of the Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.
Petitioners may respond to the notice and raise all such pleas as may be advised.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
