Hon'ble Shashi Kant,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
There is an issue as to whether a person, who is blind by one eye may be granted driving licence or not?
In our opinion, the grievance of the petitioners can be more appropriately examined by respondent no.2 at the first instance on a proper application being filed for that purpose.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for ventilating his grievance before respondent no.2 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. Respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
