Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The relief prayed for in the present petition has been confined to early conclusion of the proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the District Supply Officer, Mirzapur.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the concerned authority to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner at the earliest possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
