Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Mohan Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.
The case of the petitioner is that despite the order having been issued in exercise of powers under Section 28 of the Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 actual demolition of unauthorised constructions.
We in the facts of the present case direct the development authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if there are orders existing on record for demolition of unauthorized constructions, the same must be implemented without any unnecessary delay has not been effected.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
