Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner before this Court is only a consumer and is aggrieved by the order dated 17.6.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, whereby the fair price shop has been restored in favour of respondent no.4.
We are of the opinion that the petitioner has no locus to maintain the present writ petition.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
