Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter of letter of intent (LOI) being issued in his favour by the Indian Oil Corporation needs to be examined with reference to the tender notification dated 5.12.2014 by respondent no.2, at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation ventilating its grievances before respondent no.2 within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. If the petitioner files its representation, respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
