Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner is an allottee of a fair price shop in the village concerned. She is aggrieved by opening of the second fair price shop for distribution of the essential commodities in the same village on the ground that the number of units hardly exceeds four thousand.
This Court has repeatedly held that the writ petition by a rival businessman may not be maintainable.
This writ petition is dismissed.
