Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioners is that his application for issuance of caste certificate of Other Backward Class is not being considered.
In our opinion, the grievance of the petitioners needs to be appropriately examined by respondent no.2-District Magistrate, who is the Chairman of Caste Scrutiny Committee, at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation for ventilating their grievances before respondent no.2-District Magistrate within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. The respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
