Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner before this Court seeks quashing of the notification dated 28.7.2015, which has been issued by respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shamli inviting application for allotment of fair price shop in various villages.
According to the petitioners, the procedure as prescribed has not been adopted.
In our opinion no interference against the notification is called for. We only provide that the application received shall be considered in an open meeting of the Gram Sabha concerned as per the Government Order applicable.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observations made.
