Ravindra Kumar Seghal) arising out of the FIR No. 75 of 2014 dated 19.1.2014 under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Shahibabad, District Ghaziabad pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad.
