Submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner/applicants is that the sole petitioner died on 14.3.2015 living behind wife, son and daughter (applicants) as heirs and legal representative, therefore, necessity has arisen to file this substitution application.
On due consideration, application is allowed.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to substitute the heirs and legal representative of petitioner as indicated in Para 2 of the Affidavit within in a week.
When the case is next listed, name of Sri Saurabh Lavania be printed as counsel for the petitioner.
