The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the order dated 13.10.2015 number of the writ petition has been transcribed as ?3009? in place of ?3007? therefore, necessity has arisen to file this correction application.
On due consideration, Application is allowed.
Accordingly, in the order dated 13.10.2015 the writ petition no. ?3009? be read as ?3007?.
The correction is also carried out with the red ink.
