Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It is the case of the petitioner that despite the order under Section 122-B of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reform Act against the respondent no.5 for ejectment from the land earmarked Rasta in the revenue record, actually eviction is not being affected.
This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for ventilating his grievances before the S.D.M. concerned within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. The authority shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
