Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Admittedly, the action which has been taken against the petitioner is with the reference to the interim order, which has been granted in favour of the Electricity Supply Company Ltd., Kanpur Nagar. The respondent no.4, Executive Engineer (Prescribe Authority) has issued a recovery certificate against the petitioner regarding the electricity bill. The same was sent to the respondent no.2, Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) for recovery of the assessed amount of Rs. 2,75,497/- from the petitioner.
We are of the considered opinion that if the petitioner has any grievance, he may file a stay vacation application. If any such application is already pending he may pursue the same. No second writ petition can be entertained for the purpose.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
