Counsel for the petitioner says that in the affidavit he has given the detail explanation for his absence on the date fixed.
No objection has been filed to the aforesaid application by the respondents.
On due consideration, the above order is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number. Counsel for the petitioner has voluntarily offered to pay Rs. 500/- to the Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books only.
List the writ petition in the next month for orders/hearing before the appropriate bench.
