Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to the opposite party no. 3 directing to him that he will produce the alleged detenue Smt. Savita Misra before this Court on 26.11.2015.

It is directed that the husband of the corpus Rahul Misra shall deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Smt. Savita Misra within 10 days from today in the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.
In case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 10 days.
