It has been informed by learned Counsel for the opposite parties that the services of the petitioner No. 2, 3, 5 & 7 have already been regularized and issue with respect to the petitioner no. 4 & 6 for grant of relaxation in age has been referred to the Government.
It has been informed by Sri Virendra Kumar Shukla, learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has moved an application for substitution of heirs and legal representative of opposite party no.6, who died during the pendency of the present petition. No response has been filed on behalf of official opposite parties. However, in the interest of justice as a last opportunity four weeks' time is granted to file reply to averments of the writ petition as well as current status with respect to the action taken in pursuance to the order dated 16.2.2006.
In the meantime, it is open for the learned Counsel for the petitioner to file objection, if any, to the substitution application moved on behalf of heirs and legal representation of opposite party no.6.
