In pursuance to the order dated 29.9.2015, Sri Om Prakash Srivastava, the then District Panchayat Raj Officer, Bahraich (now superannuated) is present. He has been shown the appointment letter of the petitioner dated 15.6.1999. After seeing the said appointment letter submitted that it contains two different fonts and appears to be manipulated document by using a trick.
This Court feels that Sri Om Prakash Srivastava (respondent no. 4) file an affidavit bringing on record his statement with respect to appointment letter dated 15.6.1999 as well as posting order dated 4.8.1999.
List this case on 20.11.2015, the respondent no.4, who is present today will again appear on the said date.
The petitioner will also produce the original copy of the appointment letter dated 15.6.1999 as well as posting order dated 4.8.1999.
