Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that C.M. Application No. 64649 of 2013 for deletion of name of petitioner no.2 from the array of parties may be rejected as not pressed.
Accordingly, the aforesaid application is rejected as not pressed.
It is informed that the petitioner no. 2 died during pendency of the writ petition i.e. on 9.10.2010 but no application has been filed by the legal heirs/representative of petitioner no.2 and as such the writ petition stands abated so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned.
At the request of learned Counsel for the petitioner, list this case in next cause list for orders/hearing.
