Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report dated 29.9.2015 registered as Case Crime No. 232 of 2015 under Sections 34/201 I.P.C. and 7 and 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Delhi Gate, District Meerut.
We have gone through the impugned F.I.R., it discloses a cognizable offence. No case for quashing of the same is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
