This is an application moved by the opposite party no.3 for modification/correction of the Judgment and order dated 16.9.2015 stating therein that in place of word 'House No. 3/2/5, Mohalla Mukeri Tola, city and district Faizabad', the word 'shop' has inadvertently been mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 16.9.2015.
The aforesaid fact is not disputed by Sri R.K.Srivastava, Counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the application is allowed.
In the judgment and order dated 16.9.2015 wherever the word 'shop' is occurring, it shall be read as 'House No. 3/2/5, Mohalla Mukeri Tola, city and district Faizabad'.
The judgment and order dated 16.9 .2015 stands modified to the above extent.
