In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the investigation of Case Crime No. 151 of 2014 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and 7(11) Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Bhelpur, District Varanasi be monitored by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi. It must be ensured that the investigation is completed in utmost fair and transparent manner at the earliest possible.
The writ petition is disposed of.
