In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the investigation of Case Crime No. 314B of 2004 under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 471A I.P.C. and 13(1)C and 13(2)C Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Sadar Bazzar, District Shahjahhanpur be monitored by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Shahjahanpur. It must be ensured that the investigation is completed in utmost fair and transparent manner at the earliest possible.
The writ petition is disposed of.
