In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the investigation of Case Crime No. 75 of 2011 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 I.P.C. and 17(3) Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Khorabar, District Gorakhpur be monitored by the Circle Officer, Khorabar, Gorakhpur. It must be ensured that the investigation is completed in utmost fair and transparent manner at the earliest possible.
The writ petition is disposed of.
