Learned A.G.A. states that in Case Crime No. 314D of 2004 under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 471A I.P.C. and 13(1)C and 13(2)C Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Sadar Bazzar, Shahjahanpur District Shahjahanpur, a charge sheet has been filed by the police.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition does not survive any further. The present petition is dismissed.
