By means of the order dated 1.9.2015, one month and no more time was granted to file counter affidavit. Today a request has been made on behalf of Sri Gaurav Mishra, learned Counsel for the opposite party for adjournment of the case as Sri Gaurav Mishra is out of station.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that Counter affidavit has not been filed despite stop order.
It appears that the opposite parties are interested to delay the proceedings of the present case.
Taking a serious view of the matter, Chairman of U.P. Power Corporation is directed to appear before this Court to explain as to why the Counter Affidavit has not been filed in this matter despite the stop order.
