This is an application for recall of the order dated 6.3.2013 whereby the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.
Since sufficient cause has been shown for the absence of the Counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed, the application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number. Counsel for the petitioner has voluntarily offered to pay Rs. 500/- for purchase of Books for the Library of Oudh Bar Association.
Writ petition be listed before the appropriate Bench in the next month.
