Nobody appears for respondent nos.1 to 3 despite service to them.
Appellant has filed this appeal against the award of Rs.1,37,000/- which is to be recovered from him by the Insurance Company.
It is provided that in case half of the amount of award, inclusive of the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- already been deposited by the appellant before this Court or any other amount deposited by the appellant, is deposited before the Tribunal within 15 days from today, the rest of the recovery for half of the amount shall remain stayed till next date of listing.
List after three weeks.
