This application has been filed on behalf of Ikrar for short term bail application on the ground that his grand mother is suffering from serious ailment and that the appellant needs to be her bed side during this difficult period.
There are brothers of the appellant, who can take care of the ailing lady.
We see no good reason to grant the short term bail as has been prayed for.
It is accordingly rejected.
