Sri S.K.Yadav, Advocate has apparently appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 3 and prays that he may be granted some time for filing objection to condonation of delay application filed by the petitioner.
Sri Amit Singh Bhadoria, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that objection has already been filed by earlier counsel Sri Nand Kishore on 6.2.2013.
At this stage Sri. S.K.Yadav, learned Counsel for the opposite party no.3 requested that some other date may be fixed for consideration of application of condonation of delay filed by the petitioner.
Appreciating the request of Sri S.K.Yadav, learned Counsel for the opposite party no.3 case is adjourned at the Cost of Rs. 1000/- which will be transmitted to the Oudh Bar Association for purchase of Books.
