Reply to the Supplementary Rejoinder Affidavit filed by the opposite parties is taken on record.
Respondents have moved C.M.Application No. 26870 of 2014 for extension of time for concluding disciplinary proceedings.
From the perusal of the record, it transpires that vide order dated 30.3.2009 passed in Writ Petition N. 1963 (SS) of 2009, the respondents were directed to conclude the inquiry within a period of four months. Therefore, the application for extension of time has wrongly been filed in the instant writ petition.
Accordingly, the aforesaid application is rejected as not pressed with liberty to file fresh application in the above referred writ petition.
