Learned counsel appearing for applicant submits that although order has been passed but till date no payment has been made.
Affidavit of compliance filed today is taken on record.
In pursuance of the earlier order, opposite party-District Inspector of Schools, Deoria is present today and he states that payment will be made within three days.
In such view of the matter, the notice against the opposite party stands discharged.
Contempt application is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to move an application in the present contempt application in case the payment is not made latest by 15 days.
