Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find in the facts of the case that if any liability in respect of the property, was outstanding in favour of District Industries Centre as against M/s. Gayatri Gases Private Ltd., then it shall be open to the District Industries Centre to proceed against M/s. Gayatri Gases private Ltd. in accordance with law for recovery of the said outstanding amount. The judgment and order passed by the High Court dated 8.1.2014 in Writ Petition No. 55864 of 2012 shall not affect the right of the District Industries Centre to recover its dues from Gayatri Gases Private Ltd. in any manner.
The application stands disposed of.
