Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1.
Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 directing to him that he will produce the alleged detenue Smt. Anju Kumari before this Court on 19.11.2015.
List on 19.11.2015.
It is directed that the husband of the corpus Akhilesh Kumar shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Smt Anju Kumari within 10 days from today with the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.
It case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 10 days.
