Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents no. 1, 2 & 3 and Sri Sanjay Chaturvedi on behalf of the fourth respondent. They pray for and are granted one month time to file counter affidavit. The petitioners will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately thereafter.
It is urged that on basis of totally vague findings direction has been issued to take action against the petitioners. It is urged that similar findings recorded in the past were set aside in Writ Petition No. 41362 of 2008 decided on 1.10.2012.
Regard being had to the above, no action shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance of the direction issued by the impugned order to the District Basic Education Officer.
