In the writ petition, it has been averred that the petitioners are retired Sachivs of different branches of Cooperative Societies in District Raebareli. There is no specific averment as to when petitioners worked and when they attained the age of superannuation and from which branch of Cooperative Society.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the correct factual position.
