This is an application for correction.
According to learned Counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertent error the word "one crore" has been mentioned in place of "one lac" in fifth line of paragraph 2 and in fourth line of paragraph 4 of the order dated 10.9.2015, which needs correction.
The application is allowed.
Let the word "one crore" be read as "one lac" which is corrected in the order dated 10.9.2015 by red ink. It has also been informed that name of the petitioner is incorrectly shown in the cause list.
Registry is directed to show name of the petitioner as Abhinav Singh instead of Abhinav Sinha Order Date :- 13.10.2015 MH/-
