Heard Sri Raghvendra Prakash,Advocate, holding brief of Sri Gaurav Kakkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R. K. Maurya, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the record.
It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the title of the order dated 28.09.2015 passed by this Court in the aforesaid application, the name of the applicant is wrongly transcribed as 'Manohar Singh' in place of 'Mohar Singh'.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 28.09.2015 is corrected as follows :
"In the third line of the title of the order dated 28.09.2015, the word "Manohar Singh" be deleted and in its place "Mohar Singh" shall be read.
