Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 348918 of 2015 Heard Sri Preetpal Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Nikhil Chaturvedi, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 30.09.2015 is corrected as follows :
"In the end of last line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 30.09.2015, the word "shall remain stayed" be added."
Due to the error made in the order dated 30.09.2015 passed by this Court, the applicant is unable to place the said order before the Commissioner, Allahabad Region Allahabad, the respondent no.3. The applicant is allowed a week further time for the same.
The office shall provide a certified copy of this order to the learned counsel for the petitioner, today.
