Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 350792 of 2015 Heard Sri Avdhesh Narayan Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri R. K. Maurya, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 01.10.2015 is corrected as follows :
"In the 2nd and 3rd line of second paragraph of the order dated 01.10.2015, the word "Additional Session Judge-III" be deleted and in its place word "Additional District Judge-III" shall be read."
The office shall provide a certified copy of this order to the learned counsel for the applicants, within 24 hours Order Date :- 7.10.2015 VKG
