Counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4 today in Court is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 18.09.2015 the detenue had come before this Court and her statement was also recorded by the Court in which she stated that she lived with her husband Vikas Singh. On the basis of the statement of the prosecutrix, she was set free to go anywhere.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that presently the detenue is living comfortably with her husband Sri Vikas Singh as his wife.
In view of the above, the present habeas corpus petition has rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
