In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non-disposal of Case No. 228/714 of 2012 (Smt. Rita Chaurasia Vs. Harishanker Pandey) filed under Section 34 of U.P.Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before the respondent no.1.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law keeping in mind the urgency of the matter and pendency of the cases of such nature of the previous years in his court without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the learned counsel for the parties. In case, adjournment is sought by either of the parties, that may be allowed only after imposing the cost with the direction to deposit the cost by the next date fixed.
