This Court on 22 July 2014 had directed the office to trace out and restore the Counter Affidavit and the Rejoinder Affidavit filed in the present proceedings. Subsequently the petition itself came to be dismissed for want of prosecution, whereafter it was restored by order dated 19 August 2015. Today also the Counter Affidavit and the Rejoinder Affidavit are not on record.
Accordingly, let this petition be listed again after two weeks before the appropriate Court by which time the office shall trace out the Counter Affidavit and the Rejoinder Affidavit and/or take steps for reconstruction and completion of the records.
