Heard Sri A. K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri Manish Deo, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Varanasi to conclude the trial of Case Crime No. 72 of 2014 (State Vs. Anil Kumar), under Section 354-D, IPC, Police Station Lanka, Varanasi, District Varanasi, within specified period.
It appears that applicant has come up for expediting the trial of a criminal case, which is of the year 2014. There appears to be no good ground for expediting the trial, accordingly the same dismissed on this ground alone, at this stage.
