Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Tyagi and Sri Munesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri Nikhil Chaturvedi, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the record.
Sri Pankaj Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant has filed a withdrawal application in the present bail application and prays that same may be dismissed as not pressed, as the applicant has been declared a juvenile, vide order dated 04.08.2015 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.8, Muzaffarnagar. A copy of the same has been annexed alongwith the withdrawal application.
In view of the above, the withdrawal application is allowed and the present criminal misc. bail application be dismissed as not pressed.
